I, Elizabeth Friedman, am a wife and mother of two beautiful boys aged 12 and 8 years old. I have been a doula for the past seven years and have loved my journey. I have learnt so much from the mothers that I have been priveledged to help and want to continue so share my knowledge with all expantant moms. I am currently preparing the Mama Bamba Way classes to give in Johannesburg and hope to have the classes up and running by April 2011. |
